  • Login to your website.

  • Click on My Account in the top admin bar.

  • Click on the Websites tab.

  • Click the All link to display all of your websites.

  • Click the site name link under the Site name heading.
  • Next to the Package, click the Upgrade link.
  • Click on the Upgrade link beneath the plan your are upgrading to.
  • Read through the summary and confirmation screen.
  • Click on the Upgrade sitename immediately button.

  • Login to your website.

  • Click on the My Account button in the top admin bar.

  • In the Money Pile section, click on the Withdraw funds link.

  • Type in your PayPal email address.

  • Click the Send me my funds button.

  • Login to your website.

  • Click on My Account in the top admin bar.

  • Click on the Websites tab.

  • Click on the Billed to my account link.

  • Click on the site name link that needs to be billed to your client.
  • In the purple Monthly fee box on the right side of the screen click on the (bill to my client instead) link.
  • Read about what you will need in order to bill to your client.
  • Click the Let's get started button.
  • Type in the amount your client will pay per month.

  • Click the Continue button.
  • Fill out your clients Personal Information, Payment Method, and Billing Address.
  • Click the Update this information button.
  • You will then see a summary of the changes you are about to make.
  • Click the Convert sitename to client billing button.

  • Login to your website.

  • Click on My Account in the top admin bar.

  • Click on the Client Billing tab.

  • Click on the Set up your plans now button.
  • Change the names of the plans and the prices as you see fit.
    • Note: This is the base prices for all of your sites.  If you would like to set the price for a single site separately visit our support post for setting single site price.
  • Click on the Enable my website plans button.

  • Login to your website.

  • Click on My Account in the top admin bar.

  • Click on the Websites tab.

  • Click on the Free link.
  • Click on the site name link that needs to be upgraded and billed to your client.
  • Next to the package name click on the Change link.
  • Click on the Bill to Them link.
  • Click on the Upgrade link beneath the plan they are upgrading to.
  • Fill out your clients Personal Information, Payment Method, and Billing Address.
  • Click the Save button.

  • Login to your website.

  • Click on My Account in the top admin bar.

  • Click on the Account settings tab.
  • Click the Browse... button.
  • Search for the jpeg file you would like to have as your logo. (Your logo needs to be 300 pixels in width or smaller.)
  • Click the Open button.
  • Click the Save button.

  • Login to your website.

  • Click the Add a website (it's free) button.
  • Enter a site name and check the availability by pressing the check availability button.
  • Choose your website type by clicking on the dropdown menu under the Choose a website type heading.
  • Click the Create my website button.
