Downgrading a website plan

  1. Login to your website.

  2. Click on My Account in the top admin bar.

  3. Click on the Websites tab.
  4. Click on the Paid link to display all of your paid websites.
  5. Click on the site name link under the Site name heading.
  6. Next to the package, click the Change link.
  7. Click on the Downgrade link beneath the plan your are downgrading to.
  8. You will see a confirmation screen and you will need to click on the Yes, downgrade my website link.
